Schaal was the President and COO of Lukens during some of its very profitable years. He was CEO of Jindal Steel, Baytown, TX. He has served in top executive roles, and as a Board member, of several steel and manufacturing companies nationwide.
Mr. Brennan has spent a total of 17 years in the steel and metals industry in a variety of roles including sales, supply chain, financial and operations modeling, government relations, import/export, M&A and information technology. He was a partner at IMA Consulting, a niche market consulting company focused on Japanese companies with operations in the United States.
He earned his MBA and MS in Information Systems at Boston University and his Bachelors degree in Philosophy from SUNY Albany.
Mr. Rosenow has over 40 years in the service center plate and plate processing sector, including significant accomplishments in sales and operations management. Prior to joining AHP, he served at the executive management level with A.M. Castle & Co., Russel Metals, Inc., and Artco Group International, Inc. Mr. Rosenow graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
Ms. Znidarsich has over 22 years of experience in the steel industry; as Controller for Fabrique de Fer de Charleroi USA, Inc. and CFO for the Artco Group companies. She earned a BBA in Public Accounting from the Pace University Lubin School of Business
Spent the last 25 years in the steel service center/fabrication industry. He spent 12 years at Castle Metals in various management roles before joining the Artco Group in 2007, where he spent the majority of his time in the role of VP of Operations for Houston Blow Pipe. He earned his B.S. in Business Management through Western Governors University.
